Hi! I’m Christopher - tech geek, Cornell engineering grad, certified teacher of yoga and qigong, and an online business development specialist.
I help people uncover the treasure within themselves so they can bring their work into the world with clarity and confidence. My background in engineering and my decades of teaching come together in three specific ways that you can work with me and Daniela.

Discovering the Treasure Within
There is a story about a beggar in India who sat outside the city gates for over twenty years. Day after day, month after month, year after year, he begged for scraps of food or a few pennies from those passing into the city.
When he died, the Governor ordered that the ground beneath where he had been sitting be excavated so they could clean the area. They dug down through the dirt that had accumulated over all those years, and about a foot below the surface they found a treasure chest filled with gold and jewels. Riches beyond compare had been sitting right beneath him the entire time.
I am here to support you so you do not spend your life sitting on your own treasure without knowing how to access it.
This is the through line of everything I do. Whether I am building web or business systems online, teaching in our group programs, or guiding 1-on-1 meditation sessions, my work is the same.

Engineering and Creation
I am an engineer and a creator. I love to breathe life into ideas.
My background in computer engineering from Cornell led to a thirty-year career developing web systems, websites, sales funnels, marketing automations, email sequences, community platforms, and full course delivery systems. This is half of what I do for Great Energy.
I’ve completed hundreds of projects - too many to list.
I build sophisticated, easy-to-use business systems in service of our clients’ dreams and business plans. I bring ideas into form using cost-effective, right-fitting technology solutions.
Daniela complements my work with branding, vision development, and marketing communications.
Together, we work with coaches, healers, educators, yoga teachers, course creators, and community leaders who want their online presence to feel aligned with who they truly are.
Daniela and I help entrepreneurs see the bigger picture of their business and understand the pieces that need to come together to create momentum. Then, we create the systems that help their business run smoothly, so they can sleep easy at night.

Private Meditation Coaching
(My only 1:1 Offering)
I only offer one private service, by application only.
Private Meditation Coaching is where we work together one-on-one to discover the meditation approach that actually works for you. Not what someone else says ‘should’ work. Not what you’ve been trying to force or believe. What actually works for you.
We explore what you already love. We look at your current relationship with stillness, breath, attention, and rest. Meditation is not something you strain for. There are said to be 80,000 gateways to meditation. Let’s find the few that are right for you.
We meet for four live sessions on Zoom, usually close together, successive days is ideal, and then two shorter follow-up check-ins to support your practice, troubleshoot what has come up for you, and sustain your momentum.
If needed, we will explore simple preparation practices from yoga or qigong. The entrance to meditation is different for everyone.
This is a private course over the course of a month, thoughtfully designed to help you become firmly established in a meditation practice that feels natural, steady, and personal to you.
The fee for Private Meditation Coaching is $750.
