We know it can be annoying to not receive emails you are expecting!
Sometimes our emails might end up in your spam or promotions folder, or even get blocked by certain settings in your email provider.
To make sure you’re receiving our messages without any interruptions, follow these simple steps based on your email provider.
For Gmail
Check the "Promotions" Tab:
Our emails may sometimes land in your Promotions tab. Simply drag the email from the Promotions tab to your Primary tab, and click “Yes” when prompted to apply this change for future emails.
Add Us to Your Contacts:
Add our email address (christopher@greatenergy.org) to your contacts to ensure our emails go straight to your inbox.
Open an email from GreatEnergy; hover over the sender’s name; Click “Add to Contacts” on the pop-up window.
Mark as Not Spam: If you find our email in your Spam folder: Open the email and Click the “Not Spam” button at the top.
For Apple Mail
Add Great Energy to VIP Contacts:
Open an email from us
Tap the email address at the top.
Select "Add to VIP" to prioritize our emails in your inbox.
Move Emails to Inbox:
If our email lands in the wrong folder, simply drag it into your inbox, and future emails should appear there too.
For Outlook
Add us to Your Safe Senders List:
Go to your “Settings” (gear icon) at the top right.
Click on “View all Outlook settings.”
Navigate to “Junk Email.”
In the "Safe senders and domains" section, click "Add," and type in @greatenergy.org
Check Your Junk Folder:
If our emails are in your Junk folder, mark them as "Not Junk" to receive them directly in your inbox.
For Yahoo! Mail
Mark as Not Spam:
Open an email from us.
Click “Not Spam” at the top of the message to move the email to your inbox.
Create a Filter for GreatEnergy Emails:
Go to “Settings” and click “More Settings.”
Select “Filters” from the left side menu.
Click “Add new filters,” enter “Great Energy” in the filter name, and set up a rule that moves emails from GreatEnergy.org to your inbox.
For AOL Users
Mark as Not Spam:
If our emails are being directed to spam, open the email and click "Not Spam" to redirect future messages to your inbox.
Add to Address Book:
Open an email from us.
Hover over the email address and click "Add Contact."
Still Having Trouble?
If you’ve followed these steps and you’re still not receiving our emails, check with your email provider for additional settings or contact us at support@greatenergy.org
