Qigong for Anxiety & Worry (practice - 15 mins)
Christopher's "Qigong for Anxiety" class offers a series of gentle movements, deep breathing exercises, and visualizations designed to release anxious thoughts and calm the body.

Qigong for Neck Pain & Shoulder Pain (practice - 12 mins)
This 10-minute Qigong practice, led by Christopher, focuses on relieving neck pain and tension caused by "text neck," a common issue from prolonged sitting and device use.

Qigong for Chronic Fatigue / ME / Lyme / Long COVID / Cancer Recovery
This approach also is an appropriate exploration for those with Lyme, long COVID or any other energy depleting condition that can cause flares.
According to the CDC, Some people with ME/CFS might benefit from trying deep breathing, muscle relaxation and massage. They also may wish to try movement therapies (such as stretching, yoga, qigong and tai chi). These can reduce stress and anxiety and promote a sense of well-being.
